TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Scope of Work:
1.1 The remodeling company will provide services according to the project proposal and specifications agreed upon with the client.
- Project Timeline:
2.1 A project timeline will be provided, subject to potential delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.
- Payment Terms:
3.1 Payment will be made in installments as outlined in the project proposal.
3.2 Additional work not included in the original proposal is subject to extra charges.
- Change Orders:
4.1 Changes to the project scope require written approval from both parties.
4.2 Adjustments in cost and timeline due to changes will be agreed upon before implementation.
- Permits and Approvals:
5.1 The remodeling company will obtain necessary permits and approvals unless otherwise specified in the proposal.
- Site Access:
6.1 The client agrees to provide site access during normal working hours.
6.2 Permissions for access in shared spaces or multi-unit dwellings are the client’s responsibility.
- Site Conditions:
7.1 The client is responsible for addressing hazardous materials or environmental concerns on the property.
7.2 Pre-existing conditions or undisclosed concerns are not the remodeling company’s liability.
- Warranty:
8.1 Workmanship and materials are covered by the specified warranty in the project proposal.
8.2 Defects covered by the warranty must be reported within a reasonable timeframe.
- Termination:
9.1 Either party may terminate the contract in writing for a material breach.
9.2 Termination by the client may incur termination fees outlined in the project proposal.
- Dispute Resolution:
10.1 Disputes will be resolved through negotiation and mediation before legal action.
- Governing Law:
11.1 This agreement is governed by the laws of our Jurisdiction
